Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Metody hodnocení ekonomických účinků fúzi a akvizic“ je analýza metod a přístupů k hodnocení ekonomických efektů plynoucích z fúzí a akvizic. Vybrání vhodné metody a její aplikace na konkrétní podnik z praxe. Zhodnocení výsledků aplikace této metody.
Abstract:
The subject of the submitted diploma thesis „Methods of assessment of economic effects of mergers and acquisitions“ is to analyze methods and attitudes of evaluating economic effects of mergers and acquisitions. Choosing a suitable method and applying it on a specific company. Evaluation of results from application of this method.
