Leadership in the Company Agrodružstvo Lhota pod Libčany
Abstract:
Tématem práce je problematika vedení lidí v konkrétním podniku. Práce se skládá z dvou hlavních částí. První část práce zachycuje problematiku vedení lidí obecně, druhá část se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením vedení lidí v konkrétním podniku včetně doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. Analýza problematiky je založena na empirickém šetření a na datech získaných z agrodružstva.
Abstract:
The theme is the issue of leadership in concrete company. The work consists of two main parts. The first part shows the problem of leadership, second part deals with the analysis and evaluation of leadership in the concrete company including recommendations for improving the current situation. Analysis of issues is based on empirical investigation and the data obtained from agrodruzstvo.
