Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá péčí soudu o nezletilé a výkonem rozhodnutí o výchově nezletilých dětí. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako je rodič, dítě apod. V dalších kapitolách se věnuji postupně právu rodiče na styk, jednotlivým řízením ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé a výkonem rozhodnutí. The thesis deals with the care of the juvenile court and the execution of desicions on the upbringing of minors.
