Abstract:
Práce se zabývá v teoretické části dosaženým poznáním v problematice řízení pracovního výkonu a v praktické části odpovídající konkrétní analýzou ve vybraném podniku v Uzbekistánu. Cílem práce bylo nabídnout konkrétní řešení pro konkrétní podnik v oblasti zvýšení pracovního výkonu sales manažerů v dané firmě.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of this diploma is tackling the issue of performance management and the latest advances in this field. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the selected company in Uzbekistan. The aim was to offer the specific solutions for the selected company in the field of work performance improvement of the sales managers in the company.
