Téma této diplomové práce je Kolektivní smlouva. Kolektivní smlouva je hlavní institut kolektivního pracovního práva, která pomáhá zaměstnancům zlepšovat jejich pracovní podmínky. Práce je členěna do devíti kapitol. V první části se věnuji kolektivnímu pracovnímu právu, jeho historii a zakotvení v právní úpravě.
