Otázka ochrany veřejného pořádku patří mezi významné úkoly místní samosprávy. Obce se mohou do procesu ochrany veřejného pořádku zapojit formou normotvornou (tvorbou obecně závazných vyhlášek). The issues of protection of public order belong among important tasks of local authorities.
