The self - imposition of fines in accordance with the Capital Prague Act (Section 29, Act 1, No. 131/2000) by the Municipality of Prague 1

Abstract:

Předkládaná práce má za cíl analyzovat vybranou část výkonu samostatné působnosti Městské části Praha 1, kterou je ukládání pokut právnickým osobám a podnikatelům, kteří při výkonu své podnikatelské činnosti porušili právní předpisy hlavního města Prahy. V práci jsou definovány rozdíly v ukládání pokut v samostatné působnosti hlavním městem a městskými částmi na straně jedné a obcemi a kraji na straně druhé. V závěrečné práci se zabývám regulací pouliční nabídky a prodeje zboží a poskytování služeb a zákazem nabízení erotických vystoupení a erotických služeb na území hlavního města Prahy. V práci jsou promítnuty vlastní zkušenosti s aplikací vybraných právních předpisů hlavního města Prahy, jakož i zkušenosti s vedením řízení v samostatné působnosti.

Abstract:

The work analyzes the performance of a selected part of a separate scope of Prague 1, which is a penalization of legal persons and entrepreneurs, who broke the law of the City of Prague in the performance of its business activities. The paper defines the differences in the imposition of fines in a separate scope of the City of Prague and its parts on one side and municipalities and regions on the other. In the final thesis I describe the regulation of street deals, sales of goods and services and the prohibition of offering erotic shows and erotic services in the City of Prague. The work reflects personal experience with the application of specific legislation of City of Prague as well as proper leadership managing experience in a self-dependent scope.
