Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou specifika řádného opravného prostředku – rozkladu. První část práce je zaměřena na obecné informace týkající se řádných opravných prostředků, jako jsou jejich druhy a lhůty pro jejich uplatnění. Další část práce se zabývá již konkrétně problémy spojenými s použitím konkrétního řádného opravného prostředku rozkladu. Poslední část popisuje návrhy řešení uvedených problémů …more

The theme of this thesis is about specific of the ordinary remedy - Remonstrance. The first part focuses on the general information about ordinary remedies at all, such as their kind and time-limits for their remedying.
