Abstract:

Svojí diplomovou práci jsem věnovala cestovnímu pojištění a asistenčním službám. Vnímám cestovní pojištění jako nedílnou součást komplexního systému moderního pojištění v České republice a popisuji pojištění léčebných výloh a funkci asistenčních služeb jakožto partnerů pojišťoven. Věnuji se různým metodám distribuce pojistných produktů cestovního pojištění a konkurenci na pojistném trhu. Zároveň nastiňuji možný budoucí vývoj v produktech cestovního pojištění s ohledem na vzrůstající konkurenci na českém pojistném trhu. Samostatnou kapitolu této práce věnuji likvidaci pojistných událostí, kde popisuji některé aktuální problémy, které musí likvidátor pojistných událostí v průběhu šetření řešit. V rámci likvidace pojistných událostí popisuji mimo jiné i problematiku pojistného podvodu a věnuji se možným metodám při odhalování pojistných podvodů v rámci pojištění léčebných výloh.

Abstract:

My diploma work is dedicated to the travel insurance and the assistance services. The travel insurance is the integral part of the complex system of modern insurance in the Czech republic. I turn to the insurance of medical expenses and the role of the assistance services as partners of insurance companies. I turn to various methods of distribution of travel insurance products and the competition of products on the insurance market. I am also outlining the possible future development in the travel insurance products with respect to the increasing competition on the Czech insurance market. The separate section of the dissertation is dedicated to the settlement of insurance events, where I describe the current problems, which the insurance events adjustor has to solve during the investigation. In terms of settlement of insurance events, I describe also the problems of the fraud and I turn to the possible methods of medical expenses fraud disclosures.
