Communication with the elderly - users of residential social services
Abstract:
Kvalitní komunikace pracovníků pobytových zařízení sociálních služeb s institucionalizovanými seniory je jedním z nástrojů, jak zefektivnit a zkvalitnit individuálně cílenou ošetřovatelskou péči. Účelem průzkumu je zjistit, zda ošetřující personál získává prostřednictvím komunikace se seniory dostatek informací k nastavení relevantní, individuálně cílené ošetřovatelské péče.
Abstract:
A high quality communication workers of residential social services with the institutionalized elderly is one of the tools for increasing the efficient and improving the quality of individually targeted nursing care. The exploration aims to find out whether the nursing staff gets through communication with the elderly enough information to set up relevant, individual targeted nursing care.
