Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním podniku Bohemia Regent, a. s. a jejím cílem je nalézt tržní hodnotu společnosti k 1. 1. 2018. Práce je rozdělena do 5 hlavních částí. Nejprve jsou uvedeny základní informace o společnosti, poté je zpracována finanční a strategická analýza a následují generátory hodnoty, na jejichž základě je sestaven finanční plán. This diploma thesis deals with a valuation of the company Bohemia Regent, a. s. and its aim is to determine market value of the company for 1th January 2018. The thesis consists of 5 main parts.
