Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku získávání zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody výběru a náboru pracovníků. V praktické části se práce soustředí na firmu Dieffenbacher-CZ, hydraulické lisy, s.r.o., kde pomocí dotazníku analyzuje stávající stav. Cílem práce je navrhnout na základě získaných dat optimalizaci procesu náboru a výběru zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the issue of recruitment. In the theoretical section describes the methods of selection and recruitment. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the company Dieffenbacher-CZ, hydraulické lisy, s.r.o. which analyzes the current status. The aim is to suggest optimization of recruitment and selection of employees.
