Protection of the client in the financial market, developments and trends
Abstract:
The thesis deals with functioning mechanisms of protection of clients in the financial market in Slovakia and the European Union and comparing the approach to consumer protection in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The diploma work deals with legislation and institutional framework for ensuring protection of clients of financial institutions, as well as proposals to improve this protection.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá mechanizmom fungovania ochrany klientov na finančnom trhu na Slovensku a v Európskej únii a porovnaním prístupu k ochrane spotrebiteľa na Slovensku s Českou Republikou. Práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou a inštitucionálnym zabezpečením ochrany klientov finančných inštitúcií, ako aj návrhmi na zlepšenie tejto ochrany.
