Abstract:

Diplomová práce analyzuje nejen celkové zadlužení občanů České republiky se zaměřením primárně na období 2010-17, ale také hodnotí stav předlužení a jeho možné řešení ve formě insolvencí a zejména pak exekucí. V současné době se zadluženost stává typickým rysem vyspělého moderního státu, jež je zapříčiněna způsobem života v konzumní společnosti i soudobým trendem života na dluh. S rostoucím zadlužením domácností se však pojí i vyšší riziko předlužení, jehož často jediným možným řešením je exekuce, která se postupně stává fenoménem dnešní doby. Samotná exekuce má pak důsledky nejen na mikroekonomické úrovni, jež představuje konkrétní dopady na jednotlivé dlužníky i věřitele, ale také důsledky makroekonomické, které ovlivňují stabilitu sociálního systému, výši vybraných daní i šedou ekonomiku.

Abstract:

The thesis provides an analysis of not only the overall indebtedness of Czech citizens with a focus on the period between the years 2010-17, but also evaluates the state of indebtedness and its possible solution in the form of insolvency and especially distraints. Nowadays, indebtedness is becoming a typical phenomenon of the modern state, which is caused by the way of life in nowadays consumer society and by the current trend of life on debt. However, the increasing indebtedness of households is associated with a higher risk of over-indebtedness, often the only possible solution being seizure of property, which is gradually becoming a phenomenon of our time. The seizure of property itself has consequences not only at the microeconomic level, which presents specific impacts on individual debtors and creditors, but also macroeconomic consequences, which affect the stability of the social system, have direct impact on the amount of collected taxes and also on the grey economy.
