Využití štíhlé logistiky ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá materiálovým tokem a procesy s ním spojenými v závodu společnosti Svitap s.r.o. v Lomnici nad Popelkou. První kapitola přibližuje problematiku štíhlého myšlení a štíhlých metod. Druhá kapitola je věnována klíčové analýze prostor a procesů, na kterou navazuje kapitola třetí, která popisuje možné návrhy na zlepšení. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá zhodnocením navrhovaných řešení.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with material flow and related processes within the facility of Svitap s.r.o. in Lomnice nad Popelkou. The first chapter provides an introduction to the principles of lean thinking and lean methods.
