Metody time managementu

Abstract:

Tahle bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou time managementu. Vysvětluje, co tento pojem znamená, jaké jsou jeho metody, jak a komu mohou pomoci lépe hospodařit s časem. Po nahlédnutí do historie time managementu jsou rozebrány jednotlivé metody a jejich využití v praxi. Teoretickou část uzavírají nástroje a techniky time managementu a kapitola o prokrastinaci. V analytické části autorka zkoumá, jak respondenti reagují na používání metod v praxi, a následně navrhuje, jak se s problematikou time managementu vypořádat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of time management. It explains its definition and methods. How and to whom they can help to manage their time better. After looking into the history of time management, the author discusses the different methods and how to use them in practice. The theoretical part ends with apps and techniques of time management and a chapter about procrastination. In the analytical part, the author examines how respondents react to the use of methods in practice and then provides suggestions on how to deal with the issue of time management.

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou time managementu. Vysvetľuje, čo daný pojem znamená, aké sú jeho metódy, ako a komu môžu pomôcť lepšie hospodáriť s časom. Po nahliadnutí do histórie time managementu sú rozobrané jednotlivé metódy a spôsob ako ich využiť v praxi. Teoretická časť je zakončená nástrojmi a technikami time managementu a kapitolou o prokrastinácii. V analytickej časti autorka skúma, ako respondenti reagujú na využívanie metód v praxi a následne navrhuje ako sa s problematikou time managementu vysporiadať.
