Práce komparuje proces tvorby ústavy 1992 a 2014 Vietnamské socialistické republiky z hlediska aktérů, kteří byli do tohoto procesu zapojeni a zároveň se snaží klasifikovat vietnamskou ústavu z pohledu teorie nedemokratických ústav. This text compares process of constitution making in 1992 and 2014 in Socialistic Republic of Viet Nam. Comparison is mainly concentrated on participants who were related with this process. This work also wants to classify vietnamese constitution from the perspective of the theory of non-democratic constitutions.
