Předmětem této bakalářské práce je rozbor finančního trhu a vymezení místa hypotečního úvěru v soustavě bankovních obchodů. Dále se tato práce zabývá charakteristikou hypotečního úvěru a snaží se klientovi ukázat jaké jsou možnosti a postupy při poskytování hypotečního úvěru v České republice. Theme of this dissertation is analysing the financial market and detecting position of a mortgage loan in banking business. Furthermore, this assignment deals with characteristics of mortgage, trying to provide the client with the information what possibilities and what procedure is necessary when getting a mortgage in Czech Republic.
