Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na techniku a metodiku automatického trapu a skeetu ve sportovní brokové střelbě. V teoretické části je charakterizována sportovní broková střelba a shrnuta její historie od šlechticů až po dnešní dobu. Dále je popsané a fotografiemi podložené hlavní vybavení potřebné pro sportovní brokovou střelbu a důležité vybavení pro střelce. Teoretická část této práce je zakončena ověřenými pravidly automatického trapu a skeetu ve sportovní brokové střelbě. Na začátku praktické části této bakalářské práce jsou rozvinuty vybrané tréninkové složky. Jedná se o technickou přípravu střelce, ve které jsou střelecké postoje a držení zbraně znázorňovány fotodokumentací, dále o psychologickou přípravu střelce a jeho regeneraci. Vedle vybraných tréninkových složek je podrobně popsána metodika obou těchto brokových disciplín, která se skládá převážně z vlastních zkušeností. V poslední řadě jsou v praktické části vypsány průpravné cviky pro zlepšení silových schopností, které jsou taktéž podloženy vlastní fotodokumentací autorky. Tyto schopnosti a průpravné cviky byly vybrány za účelem zdokonalení si fyzické kondice a koordinace, které hrají v tomto sportu velmi velkou roli.

Abstract:

This bachelors essay is aimed to the technique and methodics of an automatic trap shooting and skeet shooting. There is a theoretical characteristics of professional shotgun shooting in the first part and it is history, that reaches back to the medieval aristocrats. You can also find enclosed photographs with descriptions of the major equipment that is required for shotgun shooting and the equipment important to the shooter. There are the rules and regulations of professional trapshooting and skeetshooting at the end of this part. At the beginning of the practical part of this essay, there are developed selected training techniques and excercices. This part is mainly aimed to the technical preparation of the shooter as the shooting poses, correct shotgun holding (illustrative photographs enclosed), psychological preparation of the shooter and his regeneration, recovering and stretching. Lastly you can find here the description of methodics to the both of the shotgun shooting disciplines, mainly based on my personal experience. At the end of the practical part you can find excercices that help to improve strenght abilities and skills, enclosed with author's photodocumentation. These skills and abilities together with all the excercices described in this essay are the key to a better physical condition, coordination and are very important to the success at this sport.
