Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se v jednotlivých kapitolách zabývám instituty pracovní doby a přestávkami v práci. Danou problematiku popisuji dle platného právního stavu, přičemž přihlížím i k úpravě v mezinárodněprávních dokumentech.
Abstract:
I wrote the diplome work on the theme Working Time and Working Breaks. I discribe the single legal institutions. The legal regulations of the Czecch Labour Code is in accord with the relevant bylaws of the European Union and the International Labour Organization.
