The charting of sociometric positions in a small group of girl scouts in connection to selected dimensions of personality

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o vztazích a pozicích v malé sociální skupině. Jedná se o skupinu děvčat ve věku 12 ? 13 let, která tvoří družinu ve skautském oddíle. V rámci výzkumu je zjišťována míra soudržnosti a ověřuje se předpoklad, zda vysoká míra vlivu a sympatií souvisí s vyšší mírou extraverze a emoční stability a zda nízká míra vlivu a sympatií souvisí s nižší mírou extraverze a emoční stability. Ke zjištění vztahů a pozic ve skupině byl použit Hrabalův sociometricko-ratingový dotazník a ke zjištění míry extraverze, neuroticismu zase Eysenckův osobnostní dotazník pro děti. Analýzou uvedených podkladů bylo potvrzeno, že osobnost vůdce je spíše extravertní povahy a míra soudržnosti je vysoká vzhledem k počtu pozitivních voleb mezi jednotlivými členy skupiny. Naopak nebyla potvrzena skutečnost, že člen s nízkým sociometrickým statusem je introvert a emočně labilní

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis deals with relationships and positions in a small social group. This group consisted of girl scouts aged between twelve and thirteen years. The rate of solidarity is surveyed under the terms of research. Moreover, it is verified, whether the high extent of influence and sympathy is related to higher extent of extraversion and emotional stability and the lower rate of influence and sympathy is related to lower extent of extraversion and emotional stability. Hrabal's Sociometric rating questionnaire was used for survey of the relationships and positions in the group. Eysenck personality questionnaire for children was used for survey of neuroticism. The research confirmed that in general the leader´s personality has an extraverted nature and the extent of solidarity is high in regards to the number of positive choices between the members of the group. On the contrary, the hypothesis that the member with low sociometric status is introvert and emotional unstable, was not confirmed
