Cílem diplomové práce bylo ověřit možnosti použití online prekoncentračních technik pro snížení mezí detekce analyzovaných látek, kterými byly přírodní antioxidanty. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to verify the possibility of using online preconcentration techniques to reduce the limits of detection of analyzed substances, which were natural antioxidants. The work was focused on the measurement of migration behavior of selected phenolic acids in acidic and alkaline electrolytes.
