Diplomová práce se věnuje dohledové činnosti finančního trhu v EU. První kapitola popisuje předkrizový vývoj dohledu a problematiku jeho sjednocení v EU. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje nutné změny v dohledové architektuře v návaznosti na finanční krizi, monitorování systémového rizika a zapojení ECB do dohledu bank v SSM. The thesis focuses on the supervisory activities of the financial market in the EU. The first chapter describes the pre-crisis development of supervision and the issue of its unification in the EU.
