Abstract:
Záměrem diplomové práce je zhodnotit rodinné podnikaní – vliv prostředí na prosperitu firmy pokud je rodinným podnikem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická východiska, definují pojmy v dané oblasti – rodina a rodinný podnik, rodinné podnikání.
