Employees opinion on employee benefit system settings in given company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí odměňování, a to konkrétně zaměstnaneckými benefity ve vybrané organizaci a názorem zaměstnanců, kteří je mají k dispozici. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zaměstnanecké benefity, na význam a cíl jejich poskytování. Je všeobecně charakterizována organizace a následně konkrétněji popsána organizace ABC s.r.o. a přímo její systém poskytovaných benefitů se zaměřením na cafeteria systém. Benefity plní mnoho funkcí, proto jsem si zvolila pouze některé, a to motivaci, stimulaci a spokojenost. V empirické části jsou za pomoci kvalitativní metody analyzovány a interpretovány názory pracovníků na témata, která vychází z části teoretické. Výzkumnou technikou byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který by měl pomoci odhalit skryté motivace a stimulace. V závěrečné části jsou diskutována zjištění výzkumu. Nedostatečná informovanost o benefitech, včetně cafeteria systému, vede k tomu, že není využit jejich potenciál. Benefity jsou považovány za samozřejmost, která nemá zásadní vliv na vztah k organizaci ani k vedení. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou navržena doporučení pro organizaci.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis applies to benefit problems, specifically employee benefit system in given company and opinion of employees who belong to this benefit system. Theoretical section is focused on employee benefit system, it’s importance and aim. There is general company description followed by specifics of ABC company s.r.o. with it’s employee benefit system with aim on cafeteria system. Benefit system has a lot of different aims therefore I chose only some of them (motivation, stimulation, job satisfaction). In empirical section are employees‘ opinions from theoretical section analyzed and interpreted by quality method. Semi-structured interview was chosen as a research technique in order to reveal secret motivations and stimulations. The final part discusses research findings. Lack of awareness about the benefits including the cafeteria system leads to the fact that there is not used their potential. Benefits are taken for granted with no essential relationship to the organization or its management. On the basis of these findings there are the recommendation suggested for the organization.
