Anotácia:

Anotace Tématem bakalářské práce je Ústava USA. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři okolnosti vzniku Ústavy a rozbor jejích částí, včetně dodatků. Cílem této práce je také popis postavení USA ve světě a jejich vlivu na ostatní země. Protože je Ústava Spojených států historickým dílem, práce je pojata z historického hlediska. Stěžejní částí celé práce je třetí a čtvrtá kapitola. Ve třetí kapitole je rozebráno oddělení moci zákonodárné, výkonné a soudní. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována vybraným dodatkům Ústavy s důrazem na historii otroctví a lidská práva.

Abstract:

Annotation The theme of this work is the U.S. Constitution. The aim of the work is to explain the circumstances of the Constitution and analyze its parts, including the appendices. The aim of this paper is a description of the U.S. position in the world and their impact on other countries. Because the Constitution of the United States' is a historical work, this work is conceived in historical point of view. Pivotal part of the whole work is in the third and fourth chapter. The third chapter discusses separately the legislative, executive and judicial. The fourth chapter is devoted to the selected additions of the Constitution, where the emphasis is on the history of slavery and human rights.
