Abstract:
Tato práce zpracovává léčebně rehabilitační plán u pacienta s míšní lézí s klinickým obrazem paraplegie. Je rozčleněna na část teoretickou a kazuistiku. V teoretické části se detailně zabývám anatomií axiálního systému a míchy včetně fyziologie a kineziologie. Dále analyzuji typy míšních poškození, jejich projevy a diagnostické postupy. Abstract:
This thesis elaborates a medical rehabilitation plan for a patient with a spinal cord lesion with a clinical presentation of paraplegia. It is divided into a theoretical part and a case report. In the theoretical part, the anatomy of the axial system and the spinal cord including physiology and kinesiology are discussed in detail.
