Cytogenetic and genomic analysis of ribosomal RNA genes in polyploid plants
Abstract:
Více než 80 % všech rostlinných druhů podstoupilo ve své evoluci ale-spoň jednou duplikaci celého genomu. V této práci jsem analyzovala polyploidní druhy z rodu Rosa, čeledi Rosaceae. Hlavními charakteristi-kami rodu jsou intenzivní hybridizace, polyploidizace a introgrese. Zá-kladní počet chromozomů je x=7 a úroveň ploidie se pohybuje v rozmezí 2x – 10x. Abstract:
More than 80 % of all plant species underwent whole genome duplica-tions (WGD) at least once in their evolutionary history. In this work, I analyzed polyploid species belonging to genus Rosa, family Rosaceae. The main characteristics are intense hybridization, polyploidization and introgression.
