Obchodní plán café-baru «Ave»

Abstract:

V tohle bakalářské práci bych chtěl prozkoumat myšlenku a připravit obchodní plán otevření café-baru "Ave" v Praze. "Ave" funguje většinou jako kavárna pro střední třídu a nabízí lahodné saláty, občerstvení, polévky, jídlo, pouště, teplé a studené nápoje jak alkoholni a neni alkoholni. Hlavními klienty v první polovině dne budou pracovníci kanceláře, kteří si zakoupí obchodní oběd. Ve druhé polovině budou lidé, kteří budou chtít trávit čas se svou rodinou nebo přáteli, mají skvělou večeři nebo pijí alkohol.Mým hlavním úkolem je učit se a analyzovat teoretické a praktické aspekty podnikatelského plánování v oblasti stravování a volného času:1) Vyzkoušejte hlavní teoretické otázky, které se mohou objevit během vytváření obchodního plánu2) Vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro "Care" bar "Ave"3) Analyzovat strukturu podnikatelského plánu4) Diskutujte o tak důležitých tématech, jako je historie, možnosti a růstový potenciál celého sektoru gastronomie v České republice.5) Analyzovat finanční stránku a provést vhodný závěr ziskovosti projektu.6) Zajistěte konstruktivní a objektivní závěr

Abstract:

AbstractIn this bachelor thesis I would like to explore the idea and prepare the business plan of opening café-bar «Ave» in Prague, Czech Republic. «Ave» is being functioned mostly as a café for a middle class and offers delicious salads, snacks, soups, meals, deserts, hot and cold beverages both alcohol and non-alcohol. The main clients in the first half of a day will be office workers who will buy business lunch. In the second half it will be people who will want to spend time with their family or friends, have a great dinner or drink alcohol.My main task is to learn and analyze theoretical and practical aspects of business planning in the field of catering and leisure:1) Research main theoretical questions that may appear during the business plan creation2) Creating the business plan for care-bar “Ave”3) Analyze structure of business plan4) Discuss such an important topics as a history, possibilities and growth-potential of the whole catering industry in Czech Republic. 5) Analyze the financial side and make an appropriate conclusion of profitability of the project.6) Provide constructive and objective conclusion
