Bioactive substances in apples and their impact on human health

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zpracování problematiky bioaktivních látek vyskytujících se v jablkách, se zaměřením na látky, které ovlivňují lidské zdraví. V práci je zpracován přehled bioaktivních látek, jejich dělení, popis chemických struktur a stručná charakteristika. Podrobněji jsou popsány vybrané látky, které se vyskytují v jablku nejvíce a jejich konkrétní vlivy na zdraví člověka. Rovněž byl zpracován souhrnný přehled jednotlivých účinků bioaktivních látek na lidské zdraví. Na základě této práce je patrné, že jablka obsahují velké množství látek prospěšných pro lidské zdraví a jejich konzumace je vhodná k předcházení celé řady zdravotních problémů a onemocnění.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of processing bioactive substances occurring in apples, especially which influence human health. The content of this thesis is about the outcome of bioactive substances, the division, the description and the brief characteristic. Substances which occur in apples the most are described in detail within concrete impact on health of people. There is also general outcome of the particular impacts on people's health. On the basic of this thesis, it is obvious that apples contain such a big amount of substances advantageous for one's health and its consumption is beneficial, therefore it prevents many problems with health and precedes some of diseases.
