Possibilities of reeducation of pupils with special educational needs through instrumental enrichment

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je popsat Feuersteinovu metodu instrumentálního obohacování, v návaznosti na specifické poruchy učení a její možnosti při reedukaci těchto poruch u žáků 5. až 6. ročníku základní školy. První kapitola je zaměřena na specifické poruchy učení, přibližuje terminologii, dále etiologii, příčiny vzniku a v neposlední řadě se zde zabývám diagnostikou specifických poruch učení. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vzdělávání jedinců se specifickými poruchami učení, přibližujeme si specifika při vzdělávání těchto žáků. Popisuji Rámcový vzdělávací program pro základní vzdělávání a podpůrná opatření pro žáky se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami. Poté se zabývám hodnocením a klasifikací těchto žáků. Další pozornost věnuji reedukaci specifických poruch učení. Třetí kapitola je věnována zakladateli instrumentálního obohacování Reuvenu Feuersteinovi a jeho metodě a také zavedení metody do českého školství. Věnuji se zprostředkovanému učení, jednotlivým instrumentům a cílům instrumentálního obohacování. Praktická část navazuje na teoretické poznatky této práce. Popisuji tři instrumenty, jejich realizaci a následné zhodnocení výsledků sedmiměsíční práce se žáky se specifickými poruchami učení.

Abstract:

The aim of this theses is to describe Feuersteins method of instrumental enrichment, in response to specific education needs and its potential for reeducation of these disorders among pupils from fifth to sixth grade of elementary school. The first chapter focuses on specific learning difficulties defying terminology, as well as the etiology, causes, and last but not least it deals with the diagnosis of specific learning disabilities. The second chapter focuses on the education of individuals with learning disabilities and specifies the needs in the education of these pupils. It also describes the general educational program for elementary education and supporting measures for pupils with special educational needs. This chapter, moreover, deals with the evaluation and classification of pupils. Special attention is paid to reeducation of specific learning disorders. The third chapter is dedicated to the founder Reuven Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment and his method and the introduction of the method into the Czech education system. It talks about mediated learning objectives of the individual instruments and instrumental enrichment. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge of this work and describes three instruments, their implementation and subsequent evaluation of the results of seven month cooperation with pupils with learning disabilities.
