Business Plan for Establishing a Dentistry Office

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou založení nové zubní ambulance. Hlavním cílem práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro nestátní zdravotnické zařízení. V teoretické části byly shrnuty hlavní informace a specifika, vztahující se k podnikání ve zdravotnictví v oboru stomatologie, potřebné pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části byly aplikovány teoretické poznatky. Na základě nich byl sestaven podnikatelský plán založení zubní ordinace, který vychází ze specifik podnikání ve zdravotnictví a z jednotlivých analýz potřebných k jeho sestavení. Pro analýzu podniku, jeho mikro a makro prostředí a analýzu konkurence, byla použita PESTLE a SWOT analýza. Pro zmapování konkurenčního prostředí byla použita analýza Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil. Další nezbytné analýzy pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu byly vypracovány, jako například marketingový, organizační a finanční plán, analýza rizik a časová analýza.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the establishment of a new dental clinic. The main aim of the thesis is to develop a business plan for a non-state medical facility. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes main information and specifics, related to the business of health care in the field of dentistry, necessary for the creation of a business plan. The theoretical knowledge was applied in the practical part. Therefore, a business plan for the establishment of a dental office was created, based on the specifics of the business in healthcare sector and on the individual analyses needed to compile the plan. PESTLE and SWOT analysis were used to analyze its micro and macro environment as well as its competition. The Porter's five forces analysis was used to evaluate its competitive environment. Other necessary analyses required for the creation of the business plan were implemented as well, such as marketing, organizational and financial plan, risk analysis and time analysis.
