Alternative education for children in kindergarten as part of the educational goals

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je objasnění principů a filozofie jednotlivých alternativních směrů, které se mnohdy již přes celé staletí potvrdily jakožto efektivní vzdělávací systémy. Tak jak je člověk a jeho osobnost různorodá je i možnost vzdělávání stejně tak pestrá, odráží naše potřeby a poptávky po edukaci. Důvodem, proč jsem si toto téma bakalářské práce vybrala bylo, že jsem vždy cítila jisté sympatie k alternativním směrům a nyní, když má společnost čím dál tím větší alternativní tendence mi přišlo jedině na místě se v tomto směru ubírat napřed a dále se tomto ohledu do hloubky vzdělávat. Záměrem práce je seznámení čtenáře s těmito vzdělávacími systémy, jak je každý odlišný a v čem tkví jeho gro (ale i slabiny?). Představíme si zakladatele a osobnosti jednotlivých směrů, dozvíme se podrobnosti a historické pozadí. Ve výzkumné části se budeme věnovat osobnímu stanovisku učitelek v MŠ na alternativní vzdělávací programy (dále jen AVP). Jaké mají názory na různé AVP, také zdali jsou o nich informované, do jaké míry a za jakých podmínek. Vybrali jsme kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření jako metodu ke sběru dat.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the principles and philosophy of each individual alternative trends, which have mostly proven to be an efficient education system during the last century. As the human beings and their personalities are diverse, so are the possibilities of education, they reflect our needs and demands of education. The reason why I choose this bachelors subject matter is because I have always felt certain sympathies towards alternative education and now, even more than before, when our society is getting more and more alternative tendencies do I think this is the right time and place to take my way in this topic even more further and to dwell to its very core. The intention of this thesis is to apprise readers with these alternative educational systems, how is each one different and what are their benefits and downsides. We shall introduce the founders and representatives of every trend and we shall learn about the historical background. In the research part we will be analyzing personal opinions of teachers in kindergarten towards alternative education plans (following shortcut AVP). How do their opinions vary, whenever or not they are well informed about AVP, to what extent and under which circumstances. For these goals we chose a quantitative questionnaire as the method for our data gathering.
