Delivery of dead fetus

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku porodu mrtvého plodu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty aktuální poznatky o dané problematice. Pozornost je věnována odborné stránce syndromu mrtvého plodu a historickému kontextu péče, dále práce rozebírá současnou péči porodní asistentky se zaměřením na rituály rozloučení a pořizování upomínek. Popsán je proces truchlení se specifiky truchlení po ztrátě nenarozeného dítěte a pozornost je věnována také sociálně-právním náležitostem. Výzkumná část této práce zjišťuje formou dotazníkového šetření zkušenosti žen s porodem mrtvého plodu v České republice. Zvláště se zaměřuje na zkušenost žen s rozloučením s dítětem a vlastněním upomínek na mrtvorozené dítě.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis si focused on the problems of intrauterine fetal death. Actual knowledges about this issue are summarized in the theoretical part. Attention is devoted to the technical aspects of death fetus syndrome and historical context of care, furthermore the thesis analyzes present care of midwife with devotion to the farewell rituals and collection of mementos. The description of grieving process is provided with specifics of grieving after unborn child loss and attention is also devoted to the social law requirement. The practical part of this thesis uses a questionnaire survey to detect experience of women with stillbirth in the Czech republic. It is devoted especially on experience with parting with a baby and posessing collection of mementos on stillborn child.
