Abstract:
Práce se zabývá přistoupením Evropské Unie k Evropské úmluvě o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod. Toto přistoupení je připravováno již několik desítek let a v roce 2013 konečně došlo do stádia, kdy již byl hotový návrh dohody o přistoupení. This thesis deals with the accession of the European Union to the European Convention on Human Rights. This accession is being prepared for several decades, and in 2013 finally got to the stage where a draft of the accession agreement was already finished.
