Abstract:

Diplomová práce Sledování vedlejších psychických a fyzických vlivů působících u hráčů na lesní roh v orchestrálním prostředí pomáhá hráčům na lesní roh poznat, pochopit a eliminovat dopady jejich profesionální hudební kariéry. Práce je rozdělena na dvě obsáhlé části: fyzickou a psychickou. Fyzická oblast obsahuje stručný výklad historie samotného lesního rohu i jeho využívání v orchestrálním prostředí. Seznamuje čtenáře s propojením hudby a lidského zdraví, detailně popisuje ergonomii hry na lesní roh a poukazuje též na nedostačující pracovní zázemí v orchestrech v České republice. Pro vyřešení fyzických obtíží jedince nabízí škálu vhodných tělesných cvičení vyžadujících dohled odborníků či představuje kvalitní knižní publikace. Psychická oblast práce vysvětluje, co je tréma, proč a jak vzniká, jaké má příznaky a jakými metodami je možné ji eliminovat. Pro širší vhled do fyzických a psychických problémů hornistů a hornistek v ČR autorka vytvořila anketu, která je podrobně vysvětlena a předkládá výsledky ve výzkumné části práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis Observation of physical and psychological side effects on French Horn players performing in an orchestra helps the horns-players to recognize, understand and eliminate the impacts of their professional musical career. The work is divided into two parts: physical and psychological. The physical part of the thesis contains a brief interpretation of the history of the french horn itself and it´s use in the orchestral environment. This thesis introduce the connection of music and human health; describes in detail the ergonomics of the french horn play technique; and also points out the insufficient work environment backgrounds in orchestras in the Czech Republic. This research solves the physical difficulties of the individual - it offers a range of suitable physical exercises requiring expert supervision and a list of suggested specialised publications. The psychic field of work explains what is the jitters (nervousness), why and how it arises, what are the symptoms and what methods can be used to eliminate it. The author has created a survey to cover a wider realistic insight of the physical and psychological problems of horn-players in the Czech Republic which is explained in detail and presents the results as a part of the theses research.
