Diplomová práce se zabývá mentoringem a vlivem mentora na vybrané žáky 2. stupně Základní školy Blažkova. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vymezení pojmu mentoring, formy mentoringu a osobnost mentora. Také zde představuji projekt „Město Brno zvyšuje kvalitu vzdělávání na základních školách“ a popisuji, jak probíhá práce mentora a mentoring na Základní škole Blažkova v rámci tohoto projektu. The master thesis delas with the influence of a mentoring and mentor to selected 2nd grade pupils of elementary school Blažkova. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of mentoring, mentoring forms and mentor´s personality.
