The Project of Creating Tourist Products "Wine and Gastronomy" for the Palava region and Lednice-Valtice area

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vytvoření nových produktů v oblasti vinařská turistika a gastronomie v turistické oblasti Lednicko-valtický areál a Pálava. Programy na tuto tématiku nebyly ještě v oblasti realizovány. V rámci řešení byla použita analýza předpokladů cestovního ruchu ve sledované oblasti, dotazníkové šetření pro zjištění zájmu návštěvníků o nové produkty a zjištění zájmu poskytovatelů služeb o participaci v balíčcích. Také byl proveden řízený rozhovor s jednatelem destinačního managementu oblasti. V neposlední řadě byla provedena analýza konkurenčních produktů. V práci použita SWOT analýza, metoda CPM a metoda RIPRAN. Navržené řešení obsahuje komplexní balíčky služeb, zaměřené na vinařskou turistiku a gastronomii. Přínosem této práce je vytvoření balíčků služeb s celkovým harmonogramem a kalkulací, které budou sloužit k propagaci destinace.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to create new products in the field of wine tourism and gastronomy in the tourist area of Lednice-Valtice area and Pálava. Programs of this topic have not been implemented in the area either. As part of the solution, an analysis of tourism assumptions in the monitored area, a questionnaire survey to determine the interest of visitors in new products and the interest of service providers in participating in packages were performed. A controlled interview with the destination management executive of the area was done. An analysis of competing products was performed. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis, a CPM method and RIPRAN method were performed in the work as well. The proposed solution contains comprehensive packages of services focused on wine tourism and gastronomy. The benefit of this work is the creation of service packages with an overall schedule and calculation, which will serve to propagation of the destination.
