Diplomová práce se zabývá inhibičním působením vybraných monoacylglycerolů a esenciálních olejů na bakterie s dekarboxylázovou aktivitou. Teoretická část zahrnuje čtyři kapitoly, které pojednávají o problematice biogenních aminů, dekarboxylázové aktivitě mikroorganizmů, monoacylglycerolech či esenciálních olejích. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the inhibitory effect of selected monoacylglycerols and essential oils on bacteria with decarboxylase activity. The theoretical part includes four chapters which deal with the issue of biogenic amines, decarboxylase activity of microorganisms, monoacylglycerols or essential oils.
