Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá syntézou a studiem nových derivátů glykolurilu. Práce se zaměřuje na přípravu dvou nových skupin glykolurilu, v jejichž struktuře jsou obsaženy reaktivní funkční skupiny. Součástí práce je také rezoluce a studium prostorového uspořádání glykolurilů, které byly izolovány ve formě stereoizomerů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the synthesis and study of new glycoluril derivatives. The work focuses on the preparation of two new glycoluril types which contain a reactive functional group. Part of the work is also the resolution and study of the structure of glycolurils, which were isolated in the form of stereoisomers.
