Tato práce se zaměřuje na stanovení organických látek, obsahujících aminovou skupinu, pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie na obrácené fázi při využití dansylchloridu jakožto derivatizačního činidla. This thesis is focused on the analysis of organic compounds containing amino group by high performance liquid chromatography with reversed phase with the use of dansylchloride as a derivatization agent.
