Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá implementací nástrojů pro zlepšování jakosti ve vybraném podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat pomocí vhodných nástrojů jakost u vybraného produktu a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení současného stavu kvality tohoto produktu. Pro naplnění cíle bakalářské práce byl použit diagram příčin a následků, histogram, sloupcový diagram a Paretova analýza. Za pomoci korelační analýzy, která zkoumala korelaci před rekvalifikací zaměstnanců a po jejich rekvalifikaci, došlo k zjištění, že korelace měla slabší pozitivní působení. Korelace potvrdila vliv rekvalifikace na spokojenost zaměstnanců společnosti. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že spokojenost zaměstnanců se odvíjí od vztahů na pracovišti, jejich koordinace, kvality procesů, komunikace mezi vedením, ale i dodavateli či subdodavateli. Potvrdil se i fakt, že pro poskytnutí kvalitní služby druhým stranám musí společnost mít řádný systém a procesy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of tools for quality improvement in a selected company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the quality of the selected product using appropriate tools and to propose measures that would lead to the improvement of the current state of quality of this product. To meet the aim of the Bachelor Thesis, the Cause-and-Effect Diagram, the histogram, the bar diagram and the Pareto analysis were used. Using the Correlation Analysis, which examined the correlation before and after employee retraining, it was found that the correlation had a weaker positive effect. The correlation confirmed the effect of retraining on the satisfaction of the company's employees. The results of the research confirmed that employee satisfaction depends on workplace relationships, their coordination, quality of processes, communication between management, but also suppliers and subcontractors. It also confirmed the fact that in order to provide quality services to other parties, the company must have a proper system and processes.
