Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní institut právní skutečnosti a s nimi spojené pojmy jako právní jednání, protiprávní jednání, právní události a protiprávní stavy.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the legal concept of legal facts and related concepts such as legal actions, illegal actions, legal events and the illegal states.
