Stanovení bilirubinu v liquoru na automatickém analyzátoru a srovnání výsledků s přímou spektrofotometrií liquoru

Estimation of the Bilirubin in the Cerebrospinal Fluid through the Automatic Analyzer and the Comparision of the Results by the Direct Spectrophotometry of the Cerebrospinal Fluid

Abstract:

Spektrofotometrie likvoru se provádí při podezření na intermeningeální krvácení, tedy do subarachnoidálního prostoru. Spektrofotometrické vyšetření je velmi přínosné v časných stadiích krvácení, kdy výsledky CT vyšetření mohou být i po 12 hodinách krvácení negativní. Bylo provedeno srovnání stanovení bilirubinu v likvoru na automatickém analyzátoru Advia 1650 s přímou spektrofotometrií likvoru na spektrofotometru Helios ? a s iteračním modelem pro výpočet koncentrace bilirubinu v likvoru pomocí absorpčních maxim oxyhemoglobinu, methemoglobinu a bilirubinu. Metoda stanovení bilirubinu na automatickém analyzátoru se jeví jako problematická a v našem uspořádání neposkytuje spolehlivé výsledky.

Abstract:

Spectrophotometry of the cerebrospinal fluid is making with a suspicion about intermeningeal haemorrhage also into a subarachnoid space. Spectrophotometry investigation is very beneficial in the early phases of the haemorrhage, when the records of CT inspection is negative respectively after 12 hours. It was compared the quantification of the bilirubin in the cerebrospinal fluid through the automatic analyzer Advia 1650 with the direct spectrophotometry Hélios ? and with iterative model for calculation of the bilirubin concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid through the absorption maximum of the oxyhemoglobin, methemoglobin and bilirubin. The method of bilirubin assesment on the automatic analyzer seems to be problematic and in our sequenced it doesn´t offer reliable records.
