Analysis of a company's motivation system

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor´s thesis „Analysis of a company´s motivation system“ is to analyse the system of motivation of employees in a particular company. The first part includes the theoretical knowledge from the area of working motivation, introduces the motivational theories, motivational instruments and findings connected to turnover and loyalty. In the second part is analysed the motivational system of the particular company and it´s relation to the turnover which is still present in the company. The final part contains sugestion on recreation of the whole motivational system, focused on decreasing the fluctuation in particular company.

Abstract:

Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Analýza motivačného systému podniku“ je rozbor motivačného systému zamestnancov v konkrétnom podniku. Prvá časť zhŕňa teoretické poznatky z oblasti pracovnej motivácie, približuje motivačné teórie, motivačné nástroje a poznatky o fluktuácií a lojalite. V druhej časti je analyzovaný motivačný systém konkrétneho podniku a jeho vzťah s fluktuáciou, ktorá v podniku pretrváva. V poslednej časti práce je navrhnutá úprava motivačného systému zameraná na zníženie fluktuácie v danej spoločnosti.
