Diplomová práce se věnuje právnímu režimu převzetí společností zapsaných na burze v Čínské lidové republice. Důraz je kladen na možnost provést v Číně nepřátelské převzetí společnosti zapsané na burze. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the legal regime of takeovers of listed companies in the People´s Republic of China. Predominant emphasis is placed on an option to make a hostile takeover of listed company. A theoretical part is based on a general theoretical findings relating to takeovers and on Chinese legal regulation of these issues as well.
