Tématem diplomové práce je ukončení aktivní kariéry sportovců a následná příprava do pracovního života. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jak aktivní sportovec prožívá ukončení své sportovní kariéry a jak se začleňuje do běžného pracovního života. The theme of the diploma thesis is the termination of the active career of athletes and the subsequent preparation for working life. The work aims to find out how the active athlete is experiencing the end of his sports career and how he integrates into his normal working life.
