Cieľom práce je na základe preskúmania a analýzy stravovacích úsekov na Vysokej škole hotelovej navrhnúť možnosť zmeny organizácie a systému stravovania s cieľom zvýšiť kvalitu poskytovaných služieb v kontexte platnej legislatívy.
