Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vedení a motivaci pracovníků v Jablonex Group, a. s. V první kapitole se autor na základě literární rešerše věnuje jednotlivým teoretickým přístupům k vedení pracovníků. Druhá kapitola pojednává o teoretických přístupech k motivaci pracovníků. This thesis is aimed at the leading and motivation of employees of Jablonex Group, a. s. In the first chapter the author with use of literature search puts his brain to various theoretical attitudes towards leading of employees.
