This thesis primarly deals with political relations between Czechs and Poles from the Austro-Hungarian period ? because it was just this period, when some national consciousness grew among the Czechs ? to present day, when the relations form in terms of the EU, Visegrád Group and NATO politics. Tato práce se v prvé řadě věnuje polsko-českým politickým vztahům, utvářejícím se od období Rakouské monarchie, protože právě v něm začalo sílit národní povědomí obyvatel českých zemí, až do současnosti, kdy jsou česko-polské vztahy utvářeny především v rámci EU, Visegrádské skupiny a NATO.
